Be sure to get the Stone Prisoner DLC for that golem character, which may be the best character in the game.
I was disappointed in how the Dalish background trailed off as the game went on. I was very interested in the Dalish culture and religion, but there wasn’t much of a chance to pursue that—in fact, I felt a bit forced into a lot of aspects of human culture (especially their religion) that I wasn’t happy with.
Anyway, I really enjoyed the podcast. Thanks!
I can’t wait to sit down and play through all of the origin stories. I suspect that there is a lot to be desired in many of them, but there are some interesting ideas brewing on how to use DA:O to teach research, diversity, etc. Too bad I don’t get many chances to teach undergraduates any more. Maybe I’ll do it as a practicum as teachers.
